This day, a humble customer, with very limited English, politely inquiring if we could assist in fixing his bike. He dare not step in as he said his bike was a cheap bike bought somewhere else.

Our response was simple and welcoming, โ€œJust come in; how can we help you today?โ€

We fixed his bike and provided a safety accessory for free despite his financial constraints. All done, and we collected a $2 note. ๐Ÿ’ต He kept thanking us with ๐Ÿ™ for accepting him in, left happily and gratefully.

Interestingly, our joy surpassed his, knowing that we could extend our expertise to help those in need in society. For us, itโ€™s not solely business, we prioritize a customerโ€™s sincere appreciation for our work over their spending capacity, any day any time.
